All data is based on vexed's WAPA bills recorded through out the years (starting November 1999), but not all months are recorded as I am still looking for some old bill's.

  My WAPA bill would of been or could be? What would your WAPA bill be if the rates were still what they were in lets say 2003 or if you want 2001, use the "WAPA bill would of been or could be" calculator below.

Select a Bill Date, enter your current days and usage from your WAPA bill and see what your bill would be.

We added "Future Date" as a option that vexedinthevi.com came up with to calculate what your bill MIGHT look like after something else is added to the electic generation lineup. On the bill below it will be listed as LOSE CHG and will take 11 percent of your bill away from the LEAC. So why LOSE CHG because its the first letters of Levelization Of Something Else
L = Levelization
O = Of
S = Something
E = Else
and why 11 percent well if the current Alpine deal goes through I used the following numbers to get 11 percent.
STT/SJU uses 90 MW and STX uses 56 MW for a total of 165 MW Alpine will but in 16 MW into the grid or around 11 percent. The numbers are not "ON THE MONEY" but are used for a guess on what our bill will look like. The why we are calculating maybe way off too don't no, have not heard anything from the PSC/WAPA or anybody on what any of the RFP's will do to the bill. Well OK the Green people all say FREE well nothing against Solar and Wind or anything else but NOTHING IS FREE.
